What payment methods can I use?

At Merchandise.ttcircuit.com, you can pay using the most common payment methods. These include:

Can I send my order to a different address than the billing address?

Yes, it is also possible to have your order shipped to a different address. Select the option "Use a different billing address" during checkout.

How can I apply a discount code?

You can apply the discount code during payment by entering the code under the "discount code" section.

Ordering

How do I place an order with you?

Add the desired product with the desired quantity to the shopping cart. Then click on the green button ‘checkout’ and enter your contact and address details. Next, choose your payment method. Review your order and proceed to payment. Once the payment is successfully processed, your order is placed. You will receive an order confirmation at the provided email address.

Can I change my order after placing it?

No, after placing your order and making the payment, you can no longer modify your order.

I’ve placed multiple orders, can I combine them?

It is not possible to combine placed orders.

Can I cancel an order?

It is not possible to cancel your order. Due to fast processing times, we cannot make any changes once the order has been placed.

Can I have my order gift-wrapped?

No, unfortunately, it is not possible to have your order gift-wrapped.

I’m having trouble placing my order, what should I do?

Returns

Can I return my order?

All items purchased through the webshop can be returned. Return your purchase within 14 days in the original packaging. The item can only be returned if it is complete and in its original condition. The item must not have been used or worn.

What are the return costs?

Return costs are at your own expense, and therefore, we do not include a return label.

How can I return my order?

You can return your order by requesting a return through the "Request Return" button in the order you placed. Select the product you wish to return and provide the reason for the return.

We will first assess your request before it is processed.

How quickly will my return be processed?

We aim to process a return within 14 business days. After this period, you should have the refund credited to your account.

My order arrived damaged, what should I do?

It is certainly not the intention for your order to arrive damaged. Please report this to our customer service as soon as possible by sending an email to merchandisettcircuit@promotex.nl. After assessment, we will look at how we can get a non-damaged product to you as quickly as possible.

Delivery

Which countries do you deliver to?

We deliver to all countries in the European Union, this does not include the United Kingdom.

What is the delivery time for my order?

We aim to dispatch your package within 72 hours.

Can I pick up my order?

No, you cannot pick up your order from a physical store/warehouse.

It says my order has been delivered, but I haven’t received anything. What should I do?

We’re sorry that your package hasn’t been delivered yet, you can contact our customer service at merchandisettcircuit@promotex.nl. We can then work together to find an appropriate solution.

How do I create an account?

You can create an account by clicking on the account icon (avatar). This will take you to a menu where you can enter your email address. A login code will then be sent to this email address. By clicking the link in the email and entering the code, you will be logged into your account.

How can I reset my password?

Your account does not require a password. A code will be sent to the email address you provided, which you can use to log in.

When will the product be back in stock?

If a product is out of stock, we will try to restock it within 14 business days.

What do you do to promote sustainability?

To promote sustainability, we only offer products that meet strict sustainability and environmental requirements. For example, all textiles are made from 100% organic sustainable cotton.

Are your products environmentally friendly or made from sustainable materials?

Our textiles are made from organic cotton.
The textiles are certified multiple times: GOTS, GRS, PETA, and OEK-TEX.
